Breath of the Wild

My entry for the "Wie Hyrule bist du?" ("How Hyrule are you?") contest hosted by Nintendo.
You can win an hour long session to play  The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild at Gamescom and since Zelda is one of those few things I get absolutely hyped about I just had to take part. I really hope to nab a spot

I'm so thrilled with the direction they chose for this game. It comes ridiculously close to what I would consider the perfect Zelda game for me and especially after the rather restricted world of Skyward Sword I am overjoyed at this open world approach (and Epona being back, yay!). I also absolutely adore the art style and music, can't wait for it to come out (or if I'm lucky play it at Gamescom, wish me luck guys! ) 

Aaaah, horse tack, my old nemesis... no, actually I love drawing tack, haha. One of those things I learned by relentlessly drawing horses as a teen. Sadly I didn't have any really good references for how Epona's tack should look so I improvised. I had to rush this picture a bit so I tried a different style than I usually do and I'm not really 100% satisfied, but it was a nice change I like these contests as an incentive to try something different.
